Anything already answered here will be ignored when asked. No exceptions. You guys need to look for things yourself.

Miscellaneous Questions: 

  1. The common question, who are you?
    - I am an awkward turtle named Roseane who runs this blog and Roo is my lovely squishy turtle who answers most of my anonymous messages :3
  2. What is this tumblog for?
    - I am the middlewoman between you and your kpop items.
  3. Do you ever receive our items?
    - 99% of the time, no. Unless there is a mix up and it is sent to me. Items are sent directly to you.
    - If you live overseas, I may have the item sent to me if my supplier chooses to not do international shipping, which rarely happens, but does. 
    - Photobook Preorders from fansites are normally sent to me first. 

  4. How do I order?
    - There is an order form located on the side bar. Please fill it out as much as you can and send it into my email “kpoppreorders@yahoo.com”. Orders into the ask will be deleted.
    - I will send you confirmation within 3 days. Please be patient and don’t keep asking me. I’m not ignoring you. If I don’t respond in a 3 days, that just means I never received an order form.
  5. How often do you check your email / tumblr?
    - Email : I check my email frequently throughout the day. Almost every hour, but I check it at least 10 times a day. You’re wondering why haven’t responded? Read above to see how many days you may have to wait because I have a process. 
    - Tumblr : I am on 24/7. Seriously. If I’m not responding, it’s just tumblr trolling you or I’d prefer to take my time. 
  6. What if we don’t have a tumblr, how can we order?
    - If you happen to be tumblr-less, you can send me an email with your order form at kpoppreorders@yahoo.com, simply titling it “Order Form”.
  7. How do I know to trust you?
    - Truthfully you don’t and aren’t required to. You don’t have to order if you don’t trust me. I have had over 1000+ completed orders and over 500+ feedback.
  8. When do you update the status page?
    - When payment arrives, I placed orders or when items are shipped.
  9. How do I know my item was shipped if you don’t update the column?
    -
    You ask. It’s very simple love. There’s way too many to update, plus you should know that it ships 2-3 / 3-5 days after I place the order. 
  10. Where is the masterlist spreadsheet located?
    - In the unknown, actually, if you’d look for it you’d find it.
  11. Why are there blank pages?
    - It’s all tumblr’s doing. Just keep clicking the next button at the bottom of the page. The button will go away once you’ve reached the last item in that tag.
    - If an item was missing, maybe it’s on the spreadsheet.

Payment Questions:  

  1. Where / How can I send payment?
    - You will only get payment information once you submit an order form. I send confirmation with payment instructions. 
  2. What payment methods do you accept?
     Only Concealed cash and PayPal. I will give you further information on payment when I receive an order form.
  3. How do we send concealed cash?
    -  You simply put money in an envelope and send it out like any normal letter. Please wrap it in something so that when you hold it up to the light, you will not be able to see the money. It doesn’t matter what, old cards, computer paper, as long as the money is no longer visible.
    - Please note you are required to write a note with your name / tumblr URL / order form. 
  4. Are there paypal fees?
    - Yes there are. Jaeny was warned when I had people send payments as gifts and I will not risk anything to happen to Jaeny’s PayPal.
  5. Do you accept money orders // checks?
     - No, I do not. I take only concealed cash or PayPal.
  6. Do you only accept USD?
     - Yes, only USD. If you are from a different country, you will have to exchange your money to USD.
  7. Do you accept coins as payments?
    - Absolutely not. I did, but people aren’t very smart about it.
  8. Do you send back change if I send you more than I should?
    - No, that is a waste of a stamp and risky to send money back and forth when you could send the right amount the first time.
  9. Is there a deadline for payment to arrive?
    - Because I’m sick of receiving 2 month late payments. I will inform you when your deadline is, but you can check here if you are unsure.
    - PayPal Buyers : 1 week
    - USA Concealed Cash Buyers : 2 weeks.
    - International Concealed Cash Buyers : 3 weeks.

Personal Order / Requests:

  1. Can you order ______ for me?
    - You can send the personal order form to my email ; kpoppreorders@yahoo.com
  2. If it’s not Kpop related, can you still order it for me?
    - I accept all requests as long as I can find it to purchase for you. It’s much more helpful if you sent me a picture or link. ^^
  3. You don’t have _____ in your store, can you still order it?
    - I would love to help you order it ^^, you can give suggestions / requests or just ask for a personal order.
  4. Can I make a personal order?
    - Do not message me in my ask box. I will delete it immediately. Please send all personal request orders to kpoppreorders@yahoo.com. 
  5. Can you order from Amazon?
    - Sadly, not anymore. My credit card was revoked by my dad and I only order via PayPal now.

Shipment and fees:

  1. Is there a shipping fee?
    - All prices include shipping unless stated otherwise, or if you live overseas.
  2. Do you ship internationally?
    - Yes.
  3. Is there an extra shipping fee for international orders?
    - Yes and no. Some orders will have additional shipping, and some may not.
    - Prices will vary depending on what you order.
  4. How long does it take for the items to be shipped out after you order?
    - Normally 3-5 days, but things happen and it can be put off for awhile, whether its stock or just personal issues with the supplier. 
  5. How long does it take for items to arrive to ____?
    - 7 - 21 days, approximately everywhere else is the same. Unless, it requires double shipment. 

Supply Related:

  1. May I know where you are ordering from?
    - Mostly from JiEun unnie and all her suppliers, but if all else fails, online shops ^^
  2. What if the item goes out of stock when you receive payment?
    - I will contact the supplier about restocks. If there are no restocks, I will contact you to see what you want to do about it.
  3. How do we know if something is still in stock?
    - Usually, anything posted is in stock, but I will inform you if it ends up going out of stock when I receive your order form and what not.

My Pricing:

  1. How come your listing price is $1-3 more expensive than the listing price including shipping and handling?
    - I round to the next dollar and you must know that I’m not purchasing from where you see online. JiEun is a personal supplier.
  2. “They’re selling it for $__ on here, why is yours $___? // Everything is so expensive, I saw it elsewhere for a cheaper price.”
    - If you don’t like my prices, don’t buy. I don’t supply everything from eBay or sites you may know. I do have a personal supplier whom I trust more than ebay, thus prices stand as is.

Item Related Question:

  1. Do you buy autographed things from people to sell?
     - No, as stated, I never receive the item.
  2. Will posters be folded or tubed?
    - All posters are tubed unless stated otherwise, or requested by the seller. Folded poster options are only available for shipment with albums.
  3. What is the difference between a tubed and folded poster?
    - Folded : Shipped with album, folded and will have creases.
    - Tubed : Shipped separately and will arrive before / after the other item.
  4. If I buy an album, will it count towards Hanteo charts or others?
    - Every album counts towards some music chart. Only the albums that allow poster options count Hanteo charts.
  5. Is the JongKey washtag from fyzzed?
    - No, they are coming straight from Korea and a buyer has confirmed that it comes with the Jeremy Scott logo.
  6. Are the wrist bands a set? Can I order them separately?
    - Yes and no. Sorry love.
  7. Are the autographed items legit?
    - From my knowledge, yes. 
  8. How do I know the autographed items are legit?
    - I trust my suppliers and know they won’t be out to scam you. Other people have bought autographed items and there have been no complaints.
  9. What is the wash care for the SHINee pajamas?
    - It’s machine washable, for more information on the pajamas, click here 
  10. An item I bought from you broke, can you replace it?
    - I will only replace the item if you receive it broken. If it ends up breaking after that, I am not responsible because you should’ve been more careful. I can’t afford to replace your items. 
  11. Do you order photobooks directly from the fansite or do you order them from a supplier?
    - Directly from the fansite. It’s much cheaper to have it shipped to me than to have it shipped to a supplier and they ship it to me. The shipping process would be 3 times as long.
  12. Do you still have *insert item that is listed*?
    - Anything that is listed is up for preorders. Please go look for it yourself before sending me a pointless message that will often be ignored.
    - If the item goes out of stock when you send me the order form, I will let you know.
  13. Why do you resell items from eBay / post items from YesAsia / YesStyle / etc?
    -
    Love, you need to understand that just because I use a specific photo from a specific site, it does not mean I am actually ordering the item from that site. Google is a great source for photos when your supplier sends you photos that lack details ~ ^^ 

Receiving items and shipment:

  1. What happens if our item is never shipped out and we don’t receive it?
    - I will put up a dispute with PayPal and see what we will do further on. It depends on the situation and the item as well. Nothing is definite.
  2. What if we never receive our items, although it has been said to be shipped out?
     We are not responsible for packages lost through the mail. If it’s already sent out, we have no control over lost packages.

Ordering:

  1. Why do you need a phone number?
    -  Because some of my suppliers offer tracking and a phone number is required. If I use my number, what use would it be if the mailman called me and I’m in a completely different state?  
  2. Can I order another item if I order something that is not released yet?
    - As you please, but understand that shipment MAY be delayed depending on the item, and often times, the supplier will ship them out separately.
  3. How long does it take for you to make our order after you receive payment?
    If it’s PayPal, within 12 hours.
    - If it’s concealed cash, within the week, I will inform you if it gets delayed in any way.
  4. I want to cancel an order, do you do refunds?
    - I can not refund your money if I already placed your order. The items will be shipped to you regardless your decision after I confirm ordering the item. 
    Concealed Cash buyers: If you tell me that you want to cancel the order before or by the time I receive your payment, I will send back your money as is.
    PayPal Buyers: I don’t think it’ll be possible to do a refund if I place the order because I often place your order within a short time span after receiving.

Other fees:

  1. Is there any additional fees you add?
    - Not anymore.
  2. What are the donation options for?:
    -  I am giving people the option of donating more money for international orders or other fees.
